INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. All international orders are shipped via a recognized postal service and are typically delivered within 6-10 business days from the date that it is shipped.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

At SANDVIPER we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are more than happy to issue an online credit only for any returned product. Returns/Exchanges are NOT accepted for sales items.

Please email orders@sandviper if you want to return an item to begin the returns process. Returns must be mailed within 30 days from the time of purchase. Merchandise must be unworn with the original tags attached and in the original packaging. Once the package is received, our warehouse will process the return, and you will be notified via email.

We reserve the right to correct, update or change our returns/refund/exchange policy at any time without notification.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

While we do our best to make sure our product arrives in perfect condition we’re aware that some items may be faulty or damaged. Faulty products do not include items that have been worn, altered or washed. If an item is faulty please email orders@sandviper with pictures and some description of the fault and we’ll be glad to help.
